What is an "agent"?

An agent is an active server that needs to be secured by SysWard. This can be a physical machine or a virtual machine.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all credit card payments via Stripe and you are also given the option to make payments through PayPal. We do not process any payments on our servers so you can rest assured your payment information is kept secure.

Do you support sub-users?

Every organization can create as many users as they want. You can invite them to your organization from the organization page within your dashboard. They will get a temporary password and a link to login.

Is there an additional charge for sub-users?

There is no extra charge for sub-users on your account. The only thing we charge for is a flat monthly amount per agent.

Are there any contracts?

Nope! There are no contracts, everything is month to month and pay as you go.
